Bracknell’s RSA House Set for Demolition

A project to replace offices with a huge warehouse for research and development or industrial use in Bracknell is moving ahead.

A project to transform RSA House in Bracknell into a large warehouse for research and development is underway.

Plans to demolish the four-storey office building, previously home to RSA Security UK, have been approved by Bracknell Forest Council. The building was sold for around £3.2 million in August 2022, and demolition permission was granted in October 2023.

In Cranbourne, a development company has proposed building two new semi-detached homes behind the existing Paddock Gate flats on North Street. Each home will feature three bedrooms, a family bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, and two parking spaces.

Meanwhile, in Wokingham, the branding for Luckys Diner has been approved, eight months after it opened on February 3. The diner serves burgers, wraps, and desserts in the Elms Walk area.

Additionally, a developer has removed age restrictions for 57 flats in Sonning, previously intended for elderly residents. The flats, located along Old Bath Road, have been approved for general occupancy.
