The owners of the building on Western Road have secured permission for an extension and other works. The German company BioCheck, which focuses on technology for monitoring poultry and pork health, will occupy the site.
Plans include a new ground-floor link corridor and solar panel installation at Observatory House, thanks to a collaboration between Hathaway and The Cherwell Group.
