7Bone Burger Co is moving to a new home in Reading after its site at Phantom Brewing closed when the brewery went into liquidation in December 2025.
The chain, in Reading since 2017, had moved into Phantom Brewing on Meadow Road in October 2023 but is now relocating again.
7Bone will set up a food truck, Whitney, at the Double-Barelled Brewery tap on Stadium Way Industrial Estate in Tilehurst.
“Exciting news incoming Reading folks!
“We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to find a new home and brewery partner in Reading.
“We’re super excited to share that 7bone is opening at the Double-Barelled Brewery Tap on Friday, February 27.
“We’ll be cookin’ up all your 7b fav’s in our brand new truck, Whitney.
“Head to the taproom to dine in from Thursday to Sunday every week for juicy burgers, great beer and good vibrations!”
The nearest proper restaurants for 7Bone are in Bridge Street, Newbury and at The Atrium in Camberley.
Phantom Brewing had been hoping to relocate to an industrial building in Bridgewater Close, West Reading, but went into liquidation in December 2025, leading to the closure of its brewery and taproom, 7Bone and the Echoes bar in Henley.
